This facilitated workshop explores how the language we use to describe our relational experiences (labels, identities, frameworks) can gradually harden into stories that feel fixed, organizing how we see ourselves and others. Rather than trying to replace those stories or arrive at a “better” identity, the space invites participants to notice how these narratives form, how they carry moral weight, and what shifts when we loosen our grip on them. Through reflection, discussion, and embodied inquiry, the focus is on cultivating curiosity over certainty; learning to stay with oneself as things change, and recognizing the possibility of being more fluid, responsive, and spacious than any single story can hold.
